Description

This ia a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to Waste Management DBA Shoreline Disposal of CA to provide and service debris boxes within Golden Gate National Recreation Area within the scope fo the Marin County Exclusive Franchise awarded to Waste Management Collection and Recycling Inc/DBA Shoreline Disposal, on December 18th, 2001. Therefore, the National Park Service intends to award a firm fixed price contract for debris box service to Waste Management Collection and Recycling Inc DBA Shoreline Disposal, on an other than full and open competition basis. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (16-DEC-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
