Description

THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project consists of tree planting of approximately 277 acres located on the Weiser, New Meadows, and Council Ranger District of the Payette National Forest; Prepare approximately 57M seedlings for planting; and 3.5 miles of Plantation Protection fence installation in Brownlee Timber Sale area. All tree wrapping work will be accomplished at the cooler in Council, Idaho. NAICS code: 115310. Size standard: $6.0 million. Estimated start date for the planting and wrapping is 4/15/05 with 16 calendar days contract time. Estimated start date for the fence will run concurrently with planting/wrapping. Actual start work date will be dependent on spring snowmelt. See numbered note #1.
