Delivery shall be by 9 January 2005. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to: Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. 61299. Approximate issue date is 16 December 2004 with closing date 23 December 2004. Once i ssued, copies of the solicitation, drawings and the Purchase Description will be available for download from the Army Single Face to Industry website at http://acquisition.army.mil.
