Description

The point of contact for this acquisition is Joni Swaim, Contract Specialist at 256-876-7230. The Contracting Officer is William Krahl at 256-842-7307. Theinventory Materiel Management Center intends to award a sole source five year requirements ty pe contract that is restricted to the approved source, Justification for Other Than Full and Open competition is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services wuill satifsy agency requirements. Approved source is Rolls Royce C orporation, PO BOX 420, Indianapolis, IN. The contractor is required to provide for this acquisition complete contractor logistical support to maintain the 250-30 R3 engines within the OH-58D helicopter. This includes acquisition of contractor field serv ice representatives station at various Forts within the US and countries outside the US, engineering, program management and administrative support, Power-By-The-Hour support, engine teardown and component repairs, travel as required and data items. All r esponsible sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received shall be considered by the agency.
