Description

The Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS) Project Office has a requirement to design, develop, and integrate a digital real-time Stimulator to drive and test the fire control and surveillance radars. Period o f performance is 15 February 05 through 14 August 06. Intended source: Decibel Research, Inc., P.O. Box 5368, Huntsville, AL 35814. Award to other than intended source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the government and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agencys requirements (FAR 6.302-1). Decibel is currently supporting the Hercules Test-bed and JLENS Stimulator Development. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. This acquisition is not open t o Allied participation. See Note: 22.
