Description

Replace Wire Tie Machine: 3540-01-X05-1091, Contractor shall provide all labor and material necessary to design, fabricate and install an automatic system capable of wire tying wood constructed boxes in accordance with purchase description No. 1442. Different size boxes will be run through machine. Box sizes will be (1) 31L x 14 W x 7H and (2) 15 L x 13 ½W x 20 ½ H with lot variations of plus or minus 1 ½. Weight of the boxes will be approximately (1) 60 pounds or (2) 120 pounds. All compo nents and materials used in the fabrication and installation of this equipment shall be new and unused. Quantity- 1 job, The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 423830 is applicable with a size standard of 100 employees. FSC code is 3540. Solicitation issue date on or after 7 January 2005. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Numbered note 1 applicable.
