Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The USMA is conducting market research to determine the extend of New York and New Jersey 8(a) firms and Certified HubZone firms capable of performing as a prime contractor to support numerous maintenance, repair and renovation projects that include, but is not limited to, electrical repairs, water system repairs, sewer line repairs, steam tunnel/manhole repairs, HVAC repairs, Renos/repairs multi trade. The anticipated contract will be for one base year and two one-year options. The anticipated amount of each contract is $4,000,000. per year. Business concerns submitting responses should indicate whether they are 8( a), HubZone, or both. All responses must include a written capabilities statement demonstrating their ability to manage and perform tasks identified above for a similar magnitude contract. Past performance information that demonstrates relevant past perf ormance in any of the task areas mentioned above should also be included. Submission of bonding limitations is also required.
