Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has a requirement to establish a competitively awarded cost plus award fee contract for IT support services to include help desk operations, network management and operations, security management operations, hardware maintenance, asset management, IT infrastructure deployment, LAN administration and desktop support, and IT cabling. This contract may also be a vehicle for other DHS components including, but not limited to, CIS, CBP, US Visit, and DHSHQ to acquire similar IT services. Northrop Grumman is the incumbent on the TEAMS contract. The integrated help desk NOC/SOC is currently located at a commercial IT service facility this is leased by Northrop Grumman. This procurement will be a full and open competition. The estimated value of this award contract will be between $225 Million and $500 Million, depending on the level of participation of non-ICE DHS organizations. The period of performance will be for a base year, with four (4) one-year option periods. Potential offerors will be required to perform IT support services such as those being provided under the TEAMS contract, and demonstrate they have successfully done work of similar size, scope, and complexity with recent and relevant past performance references.
