Description

RFP# JC-RIV-4-04 for the operation of the North TX Job Corps Center located in McKinney, Texas, will be available on the Federal Business Opportunity website: http://www.eps.gov on or about January 3, 2005. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost plus incentive-fee for a 2-year base period of October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2007 plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 650 residential students ? 310 males and 340 females. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at the North TX JCC, 1701 N. Church Street, McKinney, Texas, 75069. There will be a tour of the facility following the conference. Upon entering the facility, participants must sign in with security and will be directed to the conference site. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 pm local time Monday, March 7, 2005 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
