Description: RN & LPN Question from previous amendment was revisited. In a earlier amendment, (Amendment #2 Page #3 Q10), a question was asked if the VA will provide RN and/or LPN if the patient required. The answer to that question has changed. The corrected is: Yes. If the patient so requires the VA will include the RN or LPN as a part of it?s responsibility. The contractor, for this particular requirement, is relieved of that responsibility.
