Description

Provide Bulletin Boards and Magnetic Boards for VA Medical Center (VAMC), Minneapolis, MN on an on-demand, as-needed basis in accordance with the Schedule and Specifications. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will provide the best value to the Government, technical and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (1) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; (2) Past performance; (3) Price; and (4) Small disadvantaged business participation, all to be submitted with proposal. NIACS 337211. Solicitation documents available on or about December 17, 2004. Offers due January 17, 2005. Contract effective date is estimated to be February 1, 2005 for the balance of the Fiscal Year (ends 9/30/05), with 2 option years. NOTICE: This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. Written documents must be submitted; electronic responses will not be accepted. Documents may be downloaded from www.fedbizopps.gov. Technical capability of products offered and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price or small disadvantaged business participation.
