Description

Contractor to provide Rehabilitation Counselor(s) for the VA Pacific Island Healthcare System, 459 Patterson Road, Honolulu, HI. The place of performance will be the American Samoa Island. The contract shall provide all services and assistance necessary to enable eligible Veterans with service-connected disabilities to achieve maximum independance in daily living and to the maximum extent feasible to become employable and to obtain and maintain suitable emploment. The performance with be for a base year from March 1, 2005 through February 28, 2006 with four one-year options to renew. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Naics: 624310. Size Standard: $6.0 million. This is a commercial item procurement and the following clauses and provisions plus addendum apply: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors, 52.212-2 Evaluations, 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders.
