Contractor to provide Vocational Educational Rehabilitation Counseling for the VA Pacific Island Healthcare System, 459 Patterson Road, Honolulu, HI 96819. The place of performance is Honolulu, HI. This procurement is a total small business set aside. NAICS: 624310. Size Standard: $6.0 million. Contractor to provide Counseling interviews, administration of vocational and educational tests, and other methods of evaluation for the purpose of assisting: a. In selecting an educational or training objective. b. In developing a suitable program of education or training. c. In selecting an educatinal institution or training establishment. d. In resolving any personal problems which are likely to interfere with the successful pursuit of a program and e. In selecting an employment objective for the Veteran.
