- The Directorate of Contracting at Fort Polk, LA intends to award a requirements contract for the maintenance and repair of water wells. The contractor shall provide all work incidental for the maintenance of water wells at Fort Polk, LA in strict acc ordance with the specifications and the Directorate of Public Works, Engr Plan & SVCS Division. Work includes but is not limited to television logs, analysis and reports, cleaning/acidizing well screens and repair of well components. The term of the contra ct will be from March 2005 through February 2006 with two (2) one year option periods. Solicitation will be posted to the Fort Polk website at http:\\www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc and will be issued on or about 4 January 2005.
