PRON: AX579400AX, NSN: 5640-01-325-1805, PN: 145E4021-31, Quantity: 40 each minimum/360 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to CH-47, delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Re quired delivery is 40 each, 375 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 40 each, 250 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is due 238 DACA.. This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE Code 77272 and Fabritech I nc., CAGE Codes 0TLW4, because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offe rors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
