Description
This is Amendment 0001 to N0060405TSOFL, originally published on 26 November 2004. Delete "Packaging: Sodium Fluoride shall be provided in 50 lb plastic bags." Insert "Packaging: Sodium Fluoride shall be provided in 50 lb plastic bags secured with a knot in a cardboard box. The box must be puncture resistant, stockable, and easily disposed (not easily reused for any other purpose). The following cardboard box specifications are provided as an indication of the government's packaging expectations for this requirement: Double Wall Box, Bursting Test 275 lbs of sq ft, minimum combined weight facing pounds per ft 110." Incorporate delivery locations as follows: Bldg S-72, Waihona St., Pearl City, Hawaii; and Adit 3, Red Hill Fuel Tunnel, Halawa Valley, Hawaii. The following question was submitted in writing: QUESTION: We want to know if the material is preferred as Granule or Powder. ANSWER: The government prefers crystalline granule that can be considered co! arse. Powdered product will not be acceptable. Closing date and time remain unchanged at 5 January 2005, 2:00 PM, Hawaii Standard Time.
