Description

This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? for information purposes only to award a sole source contract to Xspedius, Inc, to continue service on existing Primary Rate Interfaces (PRIs). Office of Enterprise Infrastructure Operations provides GSA Internal Organizations and Associates with Data Communications Services at eleven (11) Regional Offices nation-wide. The FT Worth Regional Office houses a system for the GSA Office of Federal Supply Service (FSS) known as the Automated Call Distribution System (ACD). Data Communications connectivity for this system has been provided by Xspedius Communications LLC or its predecessors for the past eight (8) years. Data Communications to support the Automated Call Distribution (ACD) System has been in place since 1996 and it is GSA?s intent to award a Sole Source contract to Xspedius Communications LLC to continue providing the service for Six (6) Primary Rate interfaces (PRIs). The PRIs contain 24 channels for T1 circuits to provide 24x7 telephone service. The PRIs are located in the FT Worth GSA Data Center. This sole source procurement is under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The period of performance is for one year.
