Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a commercial item contract with two (2) one-year options on a sole source basis to Guidance Software, Inc., 215 N. Marengo Avenue, 2nd Floor, Pasadena, CA 91101 on or about December 30, 2004 using Simplified Acquisition procedures. Guidance Software, Inc. shall provide annual support for Gov Encase Premium License Support. Estimated cost of this procurement including options is $75,000. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation document is available for this requirement and may identify their interest and capacity by submitting a capabilities statement by 10:00 AM December 27, 2004 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Operations Center, Room 1300, Mail Stop O-20, 6432 General Green Way, Alexandria, VA 22312, Attention: Chamagne Luciani.
