Description

ANNOUNCMENT SOLICITATION 261-0320-04 A. The purpose of this Announcement is to provide notice of Amendment 1. B. Offeror should refer to the actual Amendment 1 for the complete text of the changes. C. Summary of changes: 1) Extend the Quote Due date to November 30, 2004, 2) Correct the Header on the top of pages 77 - 109; 3) Revise the definition of paragraph D.1.5 EMERGENCY SERVICE in the Statement of Work (SOW) (page 60); 4) Revise definition of a fully trained technician in D.1.8 COMPETANCY OF PERSONNEL SERVICING EQUIPMENT in the SOW (page 61); 5) Add SOW paragraph D.1.19 EQUIPMENT NOT SUBJECT TO MAINTENANCE SERVICES; 6) Replace the SECTION B SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICE/COSTS (Solicitation pages 6 through 25). This was necessary as there were changes made to ITEMS 9 thru 15. Offeror is requested to put these replacement pages in place of the existing Solicitation pages. 7) Delete reference to a Purge Assembly and correct two water chiller Model numbers in the SOW D.3.3. D. Offerors are reminded to sign the SF 30 Amendment 1 and log all Amendments on page 5 of the Solicitation, in Paragraph 2.5 ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS. E. Offerors are advised that they are solely responsible for checking the website for Amendments. All amendments will be posted on the web page.
