Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences located in La Crosse, Wisconsin, has a requirement to procure heating and air-conditioning filters equal to or better than Purolator filters, which are designed to fit Temtrol and Trane heating/air-conditioning units. A majority of the heating units were manufactured eight to ten years ago. Firms who feel that they can furnish the required items based on the RFQ 05ERQQ0019 are invited to submit, in writing, an affirmative response to this announcement. THIS ACQUSITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00. The NAICS code is 333999. Quotes are due at 2:00PM on 12/29/2004. The anticipated award date is 01/03/2005. This is an IDIQ award which will cover one base year plus four option years (potential total is equal to five years). All responsible sources who have a valid Dun and Bradstreet Number may submit a quotation. Request for Solicitation No. 05ERQQ0019 will be available by responding at the following website: www.ideasec.nbc.gov. Questions may be sent to Ms. Christy A.
