Description

The Request for Quote due date is January 18, 2005. Quotes can be faxed to 503-231-6259 Attn: Kristin Young or sent electronically. No hard copies of the Request for Quote will be mailed. Provide Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) Services compatible with an AutoCAD Release 2004 and Land Development Desktop Release 2004 graphics system. The services will be utilized to provide drafting support for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Region 1 Division of Engineering office located in Portland, Oregon. Work will be primarily related to the preparation and modifications of engineering drawings for the construction of facilities on National Wildlife Refuges and National Fish Hatcheries. Facilities typically consist of buildings; utilities including electrical systems, water and sewage systems, communications and security systems, plumbing systems, and HVAC systems; roads and trails; bridges; dams, dikes, canals, pumping stations and water control structures; raceways and holding ponds; fishways, fish ladders, fish screens and spawning channels; docks, piers and bulkheads; fences and gates; visitor facilities; and wildlife habitat enhancement. Work may also include scanning of existing drawings, converting existing CAD drawings to current office standards, preparation of maps, charts, graphs and displays for use in presentations, water rights adjudications, planning documents, reports, and ascertainment and environmental documents.
