Description

On December 1, 2004, a request for proposal (RPF) was issued by the National Park Service (NPS) to solicit proposals from the private sector to lease on a long-term basis one or more of six historic buildings in Hot Springs National Park. Formal site visits will be held on January 10 and 11, 2005. Interested parties must R.S.V.P. by COB Tuesday, December 28, 2004. Parties unable to attend, but interested in viewing the bathhouses should contact Assistant Superintendent Dale Moss to make an appointment for an alternative date. Contact should be by mail at Hot Springs National Park, P. O. Box 1860, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71902 or by phone at 501/623-2824. Tours provided on other than the formal site visit dates will not include a question and answer period. Any questions arising from an informal site visit must be submitted in writing to Assistant Superintendent Dale Moss by mail at Hot Springs National Park, P. O. Box 1860, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71902. Responses to questions will be complied and provided to all parties requesting a copy of the RFP. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-DEC-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
