Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the United States Department of Commerce is providing widespread notice of this acquisition opportunity and is requesting proposals from experts to assist the Department of Commerce Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP) as outlined in the Statement of Work. Interested parties are requested to submit their proposals not later than 12:00 PM on January 10, 2005. Electronic submissions in Microsoft Word format are preferred and may be sent to: sjohnson@doc.gov Questions regarding this procurement must be received by January 4, 2005, and will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS as part of this requirement.
