Description
NSN 3120-01-25-9712. Spacer, Hub, Track Support. Exception to drawing 123435240, Note 2, material to be tubing, steel, seamless, annealed MT1020 or 1020 to 1026 ASTM A519. Identify to MIL-STD-130K, dated 15 Jan 2000. An unrestricted technical data package is available at DSCR for this NSN. To obtain a copy, submit request to DSCR via internet address: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Buy is set aside 100% for SDVOSB. The item and all its components described in item description must be domestically manufactured unless identified in vendor’s offer as being of foreign manufacture. Foreign bearings require a waiver issued by DoD prior to award. Foreign bearings furnished by a contractor without waiver approval cited in award document will not be considered acceptable and contractual remedies will be pursued. DoD and other federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents are available on the internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Soliciting for a “C” contract with a base period and a 100% option period. Quantity for both periods is 1,708 EA. Surge is applicable for a quantity of 104 EA. FOB destination. Delivery is 98 days ARO. Inspection/acceptance at origin. QAP-B02. AVBS applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be January 24, 2005.
