Description

This is a notice of intent to modify an existing contract on a sole source basis with Ocean City Research Corporation for integration of enviromental considerations into research, development, acquisition, demil, and industrial base activities and de velop a Environmental Management System based on past performance by Ocean City. Any modification to continue the program will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determ ination not to compete this procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. POC for this action is Pete Brown, brownp@afsc.army.mil.
