Description

The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to negotiate a sole source acquisition with Cedar Interactive, Inc. for instructional and consulting services to assist the SSA National Training Vision Workgroup (NTVW) in the establishment of a model field office entry level training program. This is a multi-phased project that will require: (1) assistance with analysis and conclusions from the data gathered to describe the current training situation; (2) consultation and assistance with completion of task team functions to assure validity and integration of outcomes; (3) training and coaching of all NTVW task teams in effective adult learning methods; and (4) development of a proposed instructional design to accommodate SSA curriculum, logistical needs, technological capability, geographical dispersion, and cultural requirements. Interested vendors who believe they are qualified to provide the services outlined above must submit complete details regarding their technical capabilities and expertise in writing to Reggie Poskocimas, Contracting Officer, via email at Reggie.Poskocimas@ssa.gov. Responses must be received by 3:00 p.m. (CST) on December 30, 2004. Responses must reference Notice NTVW-7715-05-0002. Information submitted in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining the feasibility of conducting a competitive procurement. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR A REQUEST FOR AN OFFER. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received to this notice. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted.
