Description

J. Herbert Stone Nursery is located in Central Point, Jackson County, Oregon. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals necessary for complete removal and replacement of the Freezer Building Roof. Contract time is 60 calendar days. This is a Request for Quotations. In addition to price, offerors are required to provide information regarding past performance history, technical approach, quality control, etc. Detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria includes technical approach and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps on or about January 5, 2005. A payment bond (100 percent) will be required after award. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award.
