Description: This project is to provide for the replacement of existing shingle roofs, soffits and fascias on buildings within the Houston Recreation Area, Bankhead National Forest, Bankhead Ranger District. Shingles shall be replaced with standing seam metal roofing as specified in specifications. Work shall include replacement of any defective roof sheathing and other materials necessary to complete the job. This project is set-aside for small business. The estimate is less than $25,000.
