The TEAM application is the FTA?s electronic grants management system which serves the FTA in the fulfillment of its primary mission of providing federal financial assistance to state and local governments for the maintenance and development of mass transit. The audience for this training is FTA employees and FTA Federal Assistance Recipients (grantees). To obtain a copy of the complete RFP, send a written request on organization letterhead to the University Procurement and Contracting address above. Fax or e-mail requests will be accepted. Telephone requests are unacceptable. RFP?s will not be faxed. Requests will be honored if received by January 28, 2005. RFP?s will be mailed out shortly thereafter.
