Solicitation with SOW will be posted on or about 20 DEC 2004. **The winning bids survey/assessment will become property of the USAF and Dyess AFB and may be used as part of a plan to make repairs and maintenance; therefore, bidders on the survey/assessment will also be able to bid on the work if repairs and maintenace are to be made. Copies of the survey/assessment will be available to those bidders.**
