- SERVICES: OVERHAUL AND UP-GRADE/MODIFICATION: The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish the overhaul and Up-grade/modification, test, packing and packaging and return items in like new condition to the government in accordance with the work specifications contained in the contract. A Firm Fixed Price type requirements contract is contemplated for 1 one year basic contract, plus four one-year options for all CLINs. Over and Above, to be negotiated as required CLIN: 0004 Data and Reports IAW DD Form 121, NOT SEPARATELY PRICED Delivery CLIN 0001, 5 each Per month starting within 30 days after receipt of contract, delivery order and reparable items and each succeeding 30 day period thereafter until completion of all item ordered for CLIN 0001. CLIN 0002, 1 each Per month ARO reps and order. Qualification requirements: Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. AWARD WILL NOT BE WITHHELD AWAITING QUALIFICATION. AWARD WILL BE ON ALL OR NONE BASIS. The approximate issue/response date will be 14 January 2005. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation. Current qualified/approved source(s) MPC Products Corporation, Texas Aerospace Services and The Boeing Co. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. No telephone request. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
