Description

After January 26th you will be able to retrieve the solicitation W9 12EF-05-B-0007 by clicking on this solicitation number and downloading the solicitation directly. DESC: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, has a competitive requirement to provide towboat service, fully operated and maintained, to transport Government-owned fish barges on the Snake and Columbia River systems. Work will be perform ed in the area between Lower Granite Reservoir (Near Lewiston, Idaho) on the Snake River to the area near Portland, Oregon, on the Columbia River. Towboats shall be inspected prior to contract award. Basic contract will be for a base work period beginnin g on or about April 6, 2005 through October 31, 2005, with one optional work period for the following year with approximately the same timeframes. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION. This is not an invitation for bid, but a notice that a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. Any contract resulting from this advertisement will be awarded on a Firm Fixed-Price basis. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns.
