Description

Request for Proposals NAR050014 Laundry Services located in Boise, ID and surrounding Metropolitan area. Solicitation Number NAR050014 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposals for the following services: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) has a requirement for contractor supplied laundry services. As services to be rendered under any resultant contractual action shall be in the Boise, ID area and the immediate surrounding Metropolitan area, contractors need to be located in the area due to the on-call nature of this requirement and the requirement for pick up and delivery of laundered items. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The standard NAICS classification is 812332. Size standard is $12 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 3, 2005. Proposals are due January 31, 2005 by 10:00 AM Mountain Time. Proposals shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule including unit price. 2) Completed 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (May 2004) (accessible at http://www.arnet.gov/far/). 4) List of three most recent customers having similar requirement (provide name, telephone number, and point of contact). 5) Include TIN and DUNS Number. 6) Offer must be signed. Offerors must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for award.
