Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations for all supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform Waste Removal/Disposal Services located at the VAMC HINES, 5TH AVE & ROOSEVELT ROAD, HINES, IL 60141. The contractor will furnish approximately (3) three trash containers (Roll Offs). These containers will be 20 cubic-yard capacity each. Anticipated period of performance is February 1, 2005 through January 31, 2005 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government’s discretion. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract and this acquisition is unrestricted. NACIS 562212. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is February 1, 2005. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about December 22, 2004.
