This serves as a Notice of Intent for USFWS NCTC to sole source award to Elsevier for electronic joutnal access via the internet of ten (10) ScienceDirect journal titles as follows: Aquaculture, Aquatic Toxicology, Biological Conservation, Chemosphere, Ecological Economics, Ecological Indicators, Environmental Research, Forensic Science International, Journal of Environmental Management, and Trends in Ecology and Evolution. The subscription period is January 1-December 31, 2005 and includes nationwide USFWS license with unlimited usage. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-DEC-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
