Description

Furnish labor, equipment, suppllies, and materials, to fabricate three (3) courtesy dock sections (8' x 24") and one (1) abutment hinge including all appurtenances in accordance with the drawings and specifications in the RFQ. Submittals will be required and include shop drawings including all calculations, certificates of conformance for materials, and written certification requirements for welding. The first submission shall be delivered, no later than 30 calandar days after award, to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The COR will have 10 calendar days for review of the submission. The Contractor shall be given 10 calendar days to make any required changes and resubmit for final approval. The maximum amount of time allowed for submittal and resubmittal will be 40 calendar days total. After final acceptance of the shop drawings and submittals, the Contractor shall be given 60 calendar days to complete the courtesy boat dock system and delivery to the Bureau of Land Management, Butte Field Office. Delivery of the courtesy dock system and abutment hinge shall be made by the supplier to the Bureau of Land Management Butte Field Office located at 106 North Parkmont, Butte, Montana. Delivery will be FOB destination, and included in the price of the items. Delivery will be made on/before July 11, 2005. This award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Contractors receiving this award must be registered in Central Contractor Registration. This solicitation will be posted electronically at "http://ideasec.nbc.gov" on/about February 4, 2005. Paper copies are no longer available.
