This is a notice of intent to modify an existing contract on a sole source basis with Ocean City Research Corporation for integration of environmental considerations into research, development, acquisition, demil, and industrial base activities and d evelop a Environmental Management System based on past performance by Ocean City. Any modification to continue the program will be awarded sole source as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers.
