Description: The work consists essentially of cleaning service of campgrounds and public facilities at Sutton Lake, Sutton, West Virginia. The approximate time of performance will be for a base period (April thru December 2005) with two option periods (January t hru December 2006 and January thru December 2007). The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively bided. A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for February 4, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., at Sutton Lake.
