- Provide management, administration, supervision, and nonpersonal instructional services to deliver an adult Leader Skill Enhancement Program (LSEP) training at Fort Polk. The contract is for one base year and four optional years. The base year per iod is to begin 1 February 2005 through 31 January 2006. The proposed contractor shall be accredited by a regionally accredited institution recognized in the bi-annual Accredited Institutions of Post Secondary Education and Department of Education (DOE). Accreditation is neither divisible nor transferable. A non-accredited institution or organization cannot claim accredited status solely because of any affiliation or arrangement with an accreditation institution. All instructions will be delivered at a post-secondary education level to post-secondary students . A Firm-Fixed Price Service contract (estimated quantities) is anticipated to be awarded as a result of this solicitation. To be eligible for contract award an organization or institution must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR ) database. Register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-888-227-2423. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310. This proposed procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 07 Jan 2005 with quotes due date on or about 25 Jan 2005. This solic itation will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and can be assessed via the Fort Polk Directorate of Contracting web site @http://www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/DOC/index/htm in electronic format.
