Description

Services providing facilities maintenance, preventive maintenance, unscheduled and emergency repair and minor construction for the Wuerzburg Health Service Area including the US Army Hospital and outlying clinics. The contractor shall furnish all la bor, supervision, material, supplies, equipment and transportation to accomplish all required services. This will be an Unrestricted, Full and Open Competitive Procurement with an estimated value of $9-12 million. The contract will be firm-fixed price wi th time and material features, and cost reimbursable CLIN for specialized and or proprietary subcontract work. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 05 January 2005 with a solicitation due date of 04 February 2005 at 1400 hou rs local time. A site visit will be held, details to be provided in the solicitation. The contract shall be effective for base period estimated to be nine months, beginning 01 July 2005, with a phase-in period of 01 May 2005 through 30 June 2005. At its option, the Government may extend the term of the contract for four consecutive option periods of 12-months each pursuant to FAR 52.217-9.
