Description

The MEDCOM Europe Regional Contracting Office, Landstuhl, Germany intends to award a sole source contract to Alcon Refractivehorizons, Inc. to renew the licensing agreement for the use of the LADARVISION 4000 System software. The licenses include th e procedures for 1,255 Conventional Laser Treatments; 10 Conventional Laser Retreatments; 300 CustomCorneas; 20 CustomCornea Retreatments; and 20 Customcornea Retreatments of LADARVISION Conventional Laser Treatments. The award will be a fixed price contr act. The period of performance will be 1 January 2005 thru 31 December 2005.
