Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, VA Heartland Network 15 Business Office, intends to negotiate sole source procurements with American Red Cross and Community Blood Center to provide Blood Components. The Government will consider any proposals if received by December 30, 2004 2:00 PM CST. A determination based upon proposal responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
