- The US Agency for International Development, Afghanistan Procurement Support Office located in Bangkok, Thailand in conjunction with the USAID Mission in Kabul, Afghanistan hereby release a draft Scope of Work (SOW) for a potential USAID/Afghanistan procurement. The draft SOW is provided for comments from industry and other interested parties. The contents of the draft may change prior to the formal release of the final RFP.
