Description: The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to negotiate a single-source contract with South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA) in support of the Southern Regional Radiological Pilot Program (SRRPP) in the Charleston Harbor area. The proposed period of performance is twenty months from the date of award. The proposed contract is to secure the SCRA?s services to plan, test and evaluate radiological detection technologies by integrating the SRRPP into the Department of Justice?s Charleston Harbor Operations Center Task Force located in Charleston, S.C. The SRRPP is to develop an integrated command, control, communications and intelligence infrastructure through the use of the secured technologies.
