- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation upgrade the electrical shoretie at Wharf "Golf" USCG Integrated Support Command, Honolulu, Hawaii. This solicitation is a best value source selection. Offers will be evaluated on price, past performance, and qualifications of key personnel. The period of performance is 270 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and is a total small business set-aside.
