- FPG04352001138, NSN 6135-01-361-1306, Nonrechargeable Battery, in accordance with Lockheed Martin Corp., CAGE: 03640, P/N 136A552-1 Basic Revision or Eagle-Picher Industries, CAGE: 81855, P/N MAP9244. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This lithium thionyl chloride battery is a non-commercial item with a 84 month shelf-life. Material Safety Data Sheets and Hazardous Warning Label (Corrosive) are required. Configuration control applies. This solicitation is for a firm-fixed price proposal for a quantity of 29 EA going to Tracy, CA and 102 EA going to Richmond, VA. Requested terms are FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination, QAP-003. Requested delivery is 120 days ARO. The solicitation includes a provision for a quantity option. Pricing for the option units must be submitted with the proposal. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about January 15, 2004 and close on or about February 15, 2005. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
