- YPG04353000876, NSN 6140-01-415-0921, Storage Battery, in accordance with Aerospace Avionics Inc., CAGE: 19623, P/N 711425-3 or Saft America Inc., CAGE: 09052, P/N 023430-000. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. This nickel-cadmium, wet, vented, charged storage battery is a non-commercial item with a 60 month shelf-life. Material Safety Data Sheets and Hazardous Warning Label (Corrosive) are required. This solicitation is for a firm-fixed price proposal for a quantity of 5 EA going to Tracy, CA and 15 EA going to Richmond, VA. Requested terms are FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination, QAP-003. Requested delivery is 120 days ARO. The solicitation includes a provision for a quantity option. Pricing for the option units must be submitted with the proposal. Solicitation may be available for issue on or about January 10, 2004 and close on or about February 10, 2005. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
