- The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), I seeking Security Guard services for one of our hospitals located in Whiteriver, Arizona. Solicitation packages shall be available January 4, 2005 and is set aside for Small Business concerns only. NAICS is 561612. Award will be based on overall proposal with appropriate consideration given to technical, business evaluation factors and services at fair and reasonable prices. The government will select the best overall value to the Indian Health Service, Phoenix Area Indian Health Service. Offerors shall complete technical and business proposal (s).
