Description: Contractor to provide the services of a Board Certified Neurosurgeon, to include all facilities, supplies, equipment, and personnel, to beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Contractor's facilities must be located within a 100 mile radius of the VAMC, 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR.
