Description

The VA Network Business Center seeks proposals for a firm, fixed-price, service contract (Commercial Item FAR Part 12) to provide preventive maintenance inspections and intervening service calls on Government-owned reverse osmosis systems; regeneration for Government-owned soft water tanks; rental & exchange of deionized tanks; and rental & maintenance of hot & cold water softener units. Equipment is located at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073, Sepulveda Ambulatory & Nursing Home Center, 16111 Plummer Street, North Hills, CA 91343, VA Long Beach Healthcare System, 5901 E. Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822, VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357, and VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Contract is for a one (1) year base period with four (4) additional one-year option periods. Solicitation to be available on 12/30/04 with proposals due on 01/30/05.
